Downsized Design

Downsizing doesn't mean compromising on style. For this project, we transformed a dated 1970s condo into a sleek, contemporary sanctuary tailored for our clients' next chapter. By opening the kitchen to the dining area and adding a functional breakfast bar, we created an airy, connected floor plan that feels much larger than its footprint. The aesthetic is defined by clean lines and high-quality finishes, featuring contemporary laminate-faced slab cabinetry in the kitchen and warm, stained cherry slab doors in the bathroom. Grounded by beautiful engineered wood floors, this renovation proves that a smaller space can offer a major design impact.
