Family First

Originally built in the late 1990s, this home was thoughtfully renovated to create a cleaner, more functional main level with a warm, family-oriented feel. The transitional design balances timeless materials with fresh, modern details while better reflecting the homeowners’ personal style.
In the kitchen, bulky soffits, an unused desk area, and a pantry closet were removed to open the room and improve its flow. Appliances were relocated to create more efficient working zones, and a compact bar area was added for casual entertaining.

A large, dated curved staircase in the entry was completely rebuilt as a streamlined, space-saving design. Custom iron and wood balusters bring warmth and character to the entry while showcasing the clients’ style.
