Small Details - Big Impact

In this project, we proved that limited square footage is no match for thoughtful planning. Tasked with creating a high-performance kitchen and a comfortable dine-in area within a tight footprint, we focused on "zoning" for specific needs. The result is a nature-inspired pallet, what carried throughout the house. We designed organic, texture heavy selections, from the ledge stone fireplace to the porcelain faux stone tile in the bathroom and featured slate tile, throughout. The kitchen features a dedicated bar area for mixing drinks and a strategic peninsula designed specifically to provide the extra countertop space needed for the client’s candy-making hobby. Every inch is optimized for a workflow that is as sweet as it is efficient.
