Timeless Heart of the Home

This family farmhouse kitchen was thoughtfully transformed from a small, enclosed space into an open, welcoming heart of the home. By removing walls and reworking the layout, the design now allows for improved flow, natural light, and connection to adjacent living areas. A new island allows ample room for baking, gathering, and everyday family life, as well as effortless entertaining.

A large garden window was introduced along the northwest wall, drawing in soft natural light and creating a bright focal point while framing outdoor views. The palette features light, neutral tones that enhance the sense of openness and reflect the home’s relaxed, timeless character. The result is a functional, airy kitchen that blends modern convenience with the warmth and charm of its farmhouse roots.
