This main floor renovation transformed a dated Midtown townhome into a space that perfectly balances vintage charm with contemporary function. We preserved the home’s character while introducing thoughtful elements for the client’s unique lifestyle, including custom cabinet heights and ergonomic solutions for a taller stature. The design is anchored by reclaimed-inspired luxury vinyl plank flooring, leading the eye to a unique, custom-blended stone and glass mosaic backsplash, in the kitchen.
