Eric Schaefer

Eric Schaefer brings a decade of experience in the residential construction industry. His construction background across Alaska and Minnesota includes remodels, additions and custom homes. He also specializes in aging-in-place remodels, earning the National Association of Home Builders Details and Solutions for Livable Homes and Aging in Place Certification. Eric is valued by his clients for his professionalism and dedication to serving clients which is demonstrated through the entire 360 Construction & Design process. 

Eric has always had a passion for construction, completing many of his own projects over the last 35 years, which include deck building, master bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and finished basements. Eric believes in 360’s core values of people first, constant improvement, integrity, and craftsmanship and professionalism. 

Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Eric has called Anchorage home for the past two years. Eric started his career working for Lecy Brothers Homes & Remodeling, where he worked with all different aspects of the building process. He’s raised two children, who attended the University of Arkansas and Gustavus Adolphus College.
