Scott Allen

Scott Allen is one of the owners, founders, and the current general manager of 360 Construction & Design. He brings over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. His extensive construction background in Alaska and Washington includes custom home construction, historical restoration, large-scale renovations and remodels, additions, additional dwelling units, ICF construction, construction expert witness, insurance restoration, and medical and commercial tenant improvements. 

Scott is a well-respected professional in the industry. His clients and staff value his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality and service. He demonstrates his commitment in his overall management of 360 Construction & Design’s projects, from inception through completion.  

Scott is a former president and CEO of KIC Associates, where he was directly responsible for company management. Under his guidance, the company completed numerous construction projects throughout Alaska.  Scott also headed up the Seattle offices of The Reijnen Company, specializing in high-end custom home construction, additions, remodels and large-scale fire and storm damage restorations and repairs.  

Scott uses his over three decades of experience to build up the Anchorage homebuilding industry. He is a three-year past president of the Anchorage Home Builders Association board and currently serves on the executive board as past president.  He is board president of the Alaska Builders Captive Insurance Company and the Alaska Builders Captive Holding Company, which provides self-insurance opportunities to State of Alaska Home Builder members at reduced premiums.
